Our client is seeking a highly proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a rapidly growing insurance and alternative asset management platform. This is a high‑touch C‑suite support role supporting the President/CEO while partnering closely with leadership on scheduling, travel, board meeting coordination, and executive office operations. The ideal candidate is confident, highly organized, and capable of taking ownership in a fast‑changing environment where discretion, responsiveness, and executive presence are critical. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility required for occasional early meetings, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the President/CEO, along with select senior leadership team members
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting prioritization across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics
  • Manage executive email prioritization and highlight critical communications
  • Prepare board meeting materials, executive meeting agendas, and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and executive team events
  • Process expense reports and support executive office administration
  • Draft, proofread, and manage communications, presentations, and reports
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, board members, investors, employees, and external stakeholders
  • Track action items and ensure follow-through on executive priorities
  • Support onboarding and transition efforts for incoming executive leadership

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Several years supporting C‑suite executives required
  • CEO, President, Board, or Executive Leadership support experience preferred
  • Strong calendar management and travel coordination expertise
  • Experience supporting board meetings and executive communications preferred
  • High level of professionalism, confidence, and executive presence
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to proactively manage priorities and anticipate executive needs
  • Bachelor’s degree not required

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $150K-$160K base salary + bonus

  • Quarterly travel to Connecticut for leadership meetings
