Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a talent, investment, and venture-building organization. This is a high-exposure executive support role serving as a trusted partner to the CEO while also contributing to firmwide initiatives, event execution, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is strategic, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly and proactive problem-solving is highly valued. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility to monitor email and communications after hours as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with Tuesday-Thursday onsite and Monday/Friday remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the CEO, including heavy calendar management and strategic scheduling
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Monitor and prioritize executive communications, helping streamline requests and protect executive time
- Attend meetings, capture key action items, and ensure follow-through on priorities and deliverables
- Translate executive ideas and initiatives into structured processes, workflows, and action plans
- Support firmwide event planning, conferences, executive appearances, offsites, and industry engagements
- Assist with executive search activities and coordination across the firm’s healthcare recruiting platform
- Manage CRM data integrity, contact information, business development activity, and relationship tracking
- Partner closely with the broader Executive Assistant team to provide coverage and share best practices
- Help create organizational systems, workflows, and efficiencies across the executive office
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications
Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
- Experience supporting C-suite leaders required
- Strong interest in healthcare, healthcare innovation, or healthcare services
- Exceptional calendar management and executive prioritization skills
- Strong project management and follow-through capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

- Up to $120K base salary + bonus
