Our client, a mission driven nonprofit organization is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Mt Vernon, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop recruiting strategies and support workforce planning
- Recruit for a wide range of corporate, operational, hospitality, retail, facilities, and museum-related positions
- Build talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and social media
- Manage ATS administration and recruiting process improvements
- Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting for both professional and frontline operational roles
- High-volume recruiting experience with a strong focus on candidate experience
- ATS and Paycom experience required; Paycor preferred
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance, employment laws, and hiring best practices
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and relationship-building skills
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- 6-month temp-to-perm opportunity
- $35-$38/hr
- Permanent Salary: $75K-$85K
- 100% onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
