Our client, a mission driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Part-Time Development Data Operations professional to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Support Development Operations through data entry, gift processing, and donor record management
- Maintain data integrity through record cleanup, data audits, and file organization projects
- Process and track a variety of gift types, ensuring accurate and timely entry
- Partner with the team to improve processes, maintain documentation, and support department operations
- Follow development best practices while contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven environment
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative, fundraising, or related experience
- Experience with CRM systems; Raiser’s Edge required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Nonprofit or fundraising experience preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: Through the end of November
- $30/hr
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- Hybrid schedule: 1 day onsite (Wednesday required)
- Flexible schedule within core hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
