Our client, a global professional services organization is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Walkersville, Maryland.
About the job:
- Provide facilities coordination and administrative support for a busy client-facing environment
- Assist the Facility Management team with tactical planning, operational support, and project-related activities
- Manage facility-related administrative tasks, maintenance scheduling, and day-to-day facility monitoring
- Coordinate special events, conference room reservations, and meeting support
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, visitors, guests, vendors, and service providers
- Support vendor coordination and ensure work is completed with minimal disruption to operations
- Monitor facility operations and provide timely customer follow-up
About you:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of facility or property administration experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
About the position:
- Start Date: September 7, 2026
- Temp-to-perm opportunity after 90 days
- $20-$21/hr
- Fully onsite with free parking
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Located in Walkersville, MD
