Our client, professional services firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to either extend or go permanent in Wheeling, West Virginia.
About The Job:
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and recruiting logistics across multiple time zones
- Support onboarding, offboarding, background checks, and employment verifications
- Process recruiting invoices and maintain candidate records in iCIMS or similar ATS
- Prepare recruiting correspondence, reports, and status updates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through organized, professional communication
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to support recruiting operations
About You:
- Experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or a professional services environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ATS experience preferred (iCIMS a plus)
- Professional, discreet, and comfortable working with confidential information
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temporary position with strong potential to extend or convert to permanent
- $22-$26/hr
- Permanent Salary: $43k to $55k
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Wheeling, WV
