Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a high-touch executive support role providing support to the Head of Investor Relations and two Principal Investors within a lean, entrepreneurial investment environment. The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, and enjoys partnering closely with investment professionals while helping coordinate schedules, travel, events, and stakeholder interactions. Hours are generally 8:30/9:00am-5:30/6:00pm with flexibility as needed, and the role is primarily onsite with remote work every other Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the Head of Investor Relations and two Principal Investors
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Process expense reports and support administrative workflows
- Proactively schedule meetings based on email correspondence and executive priorities
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and propose solutions before issues arise
- Coordinate investor meetings, team meetings, and executive events
- Assist with planning and logistics for small- to medium-sized events, including dinners, roundtables, and office gatherings
- Liaise with internal event teams and external vendors regarding event execution
- Serve as a trusted administrative resource for executives and stakeholders
- Support special projects and team initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting executives within investment management, venture capital, private equity, financial services, or similarly fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination expertise
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to proactively manage priorities and operate independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within small, collaborative teams
- Strong relationship-building abilities and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable participating in occasional evening events when business needs require
- Experience supporting investor relations, investment professionals, or senior executives preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $140K-$160K total compensation
- 401(k) contribution

- Office closure during the final two weeks of the year (with limited availability as needed)
