Our client, a mission driven nonprofit organization is seeking a Raiser’s Edge Development Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Process and reconcile fundraising gifts and donations while maintaining accurate donor records in Raiser’s Edge NXT
- Perform high-volume data entry, reporting, and database maintenance to support fundraising operations
- Work with large Excel datasets to clean, verify, and analyze donor and gift information
- Ensure data integrity through ongoing quality control and attention to detail
- Support development operations projects and participate in knowledge transfer and cross-training activities
About You:
- Hands-on experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT or Raiser’s Edge required
- Experience processing and reconciling charitable gifts and donations
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large datasets
- Nonprofit development or fundraising operations experience preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $23-$26/hr
- Temporary assignment (2-3 months)
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite
