Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Event Analyst to join our Chicago events team. This role supports event operations from intake through execution, managing event requests, coordinating schedules, maintaining event calendars, and providing reporting and analytics that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage event requests, ticket triage, and meeting scheduling through Salesforce.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools.
- Analyze event, survey, and space utilization data to identify trends and process improvements.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor relationships, catering, AV, and facility services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ticketing and reporting systems.
- Maintain training materials, documentation, and operational playbooks.
- Support internal events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in event management, event operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Google Workspace tools, including Sheets and Calendar.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data analytics, dashboard development, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, or Social Tables.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
