Our client, a growing organization in the environmental services industry, is seeking an experienced TTH Human Resources Generalist to support both office and field operations. This is a newly created position due to company growth and offers the opportunity to build, own, and manage HR functions for a dynamic workforce. Reporting directly to ownership/leadership, this individual will be a vital decision-maker.

About the Job:

• Oversee and perform HR administration tasks, including onboarding/offboarding, compliance, recordkeeping, and policy creation.
• Manage and administer payroll.
• Coordinate employee benefits enrollment, changes, communication, orientation, and more.
• Assist with leave administration and employee documentation
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for office and field positions
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring processes
• Assist with employee relations matters and HR best practices
• Provide HR guidance to employees and management as needed

About You:

• 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
• Experience managing payroll, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding/offboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (Paychex is a plus!)

This newly created contract-to-hire role offers up to $38.45/hour, commisserate with experience, or a salary up to $80,000. This role is fully onsite and requires a well-rounded HR professional with experience across payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, employee onboarding and offboarding, and day-to-day employee relations.
