Our client, a nonprofit organization is seeking an Administrative Campaign Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington D.C.
About The Job:
* Provide administrative and logistical support to a national election and advocacy program, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and partner coordination
* Support onboarding of partners into organizational systems, databases, and technology platforms
* Serve as a liaison between hotline operations and partner organizations as needed
* Fulfill data requests, assist with voter issue follow-up, and support training initiatives for state and local partners
* Coordinate meetings, maintain communications, take meeting notes, and manage resource materials
* Support coalition operations, including newsletters, shared inboxes, listservs, social media content, and partner communications
* Assist with special projects, microgrant administration, and event-related logistics
About You:
* 1+ year administrative support experience required
* Campaign, political, advocacy, nonprofit, or democracy-related experience preferred
* Strong organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written, verbal, and public-facing communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable learning and using databases, cloud-based systems, and technology platforms
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Commitment to civil rights, community engagement, and mission-driven work preferred
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* Duration: Temporary through November 30, 2026
* $22-$25/hr DOE
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
* Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite
