Our client, an American fuel distribution company, is seeking a Long Term Temporary Inventory Traffic Analyst for their Linden, NJ office. This role is 5 days in office with working hours being form 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm with 1 hour of unpaid lunch. This role will start ASAP and last for up to six months. The role pays up to $25/hr.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track inventory movements using the TopTech inventory management system.
• Maintain daily product inventory records and update Excel spreadsheets.
• Verify inventory variances with third-party inspection companies and report discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute customer inventory reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collect and organize data for daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments as needed.
• Prepare routine correspondence, emails, and reports.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and other office documents.
• Provide general administrative support to terminal personnel.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2+ years of administrative, clerical, data entry, or office support experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and meet reporting deadlines.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
