Our client, a major U.S. trade association is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Support education programs, webinars, conferences, and events through administrative, technical, and project coordination
- Manage webinar logistics, attendee communications, speaker support, and live event troubleshooting
- Maintain LMS content, run reports, and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Coordinate educational materials, presentations, recordings, and virtual learning content
- Serve as a point of contact for customer, speaker, and vendor inquiries
- Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, reporting, and file management
About You:
- 1+ years of experience in administration, education, events, or program support
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and customer service
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, webinar tools, and event management systems preferred
- Excellent communication, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and maintain strong attention to detail
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- $22-$24/hr
- Temporary assignment with temp-to-perm potential
- Permanent Salary: Up to $60,000
- Hybrid schedule: Minimum 2 days onsite (Mon-Thurs); Fridays remote
