Our client, a national nonprofit association, is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
* Provide administrative, technology, and project support for education programs and events
* Support webinars, including registration, speaker coordination, presentations, and live troubleshooting
* Maintain event platforms, education webpages, calendars, surveys, and reports
* Update courses, materials, and reports in the LMS and perform quality assurance
* Assist with education content, presentations, speaker materials, and event logistics
* Respond to customer, speaker, and vendor inquiries and maintain department files in SharePoint and OneDrive
About You:
* 2+ years of related professional experience
* College degree or education/training experience a plus
* Strong administrative, customer service, communication, and project management skills
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom
* Experience with LMS, event management, or database systems preferred; Cadmium and SurveyMonkey a plus
* Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* Temporary: Minimum 2-3 months with potential to become temp-to-perm
* $22-$24/hr
* Permanent Salary: Up to $60K
* Hybrid: Minimum 2 days onsite Monday-Thursday; Fridays remote
* Metro Accessible! Crystal City
* Some travel to meetings and conferences may be required
