Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to serve as the trusted right-hand partner to the General Counsel while providing support to a small legal team within an organization. This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and service-oriented, with a proactive approach to executive support. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, with flexibility for occasional overtime and after-hours email monitoring, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with four days in the office (Monday-Thursday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the General Counsel and legal team, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Manage executive and team communications, including inbox management, drafting correspondence, tracking follow-ups, and coordinating sensitive matters with discretion
  • Coordinate legal document execution processes, including signature collection, notarization requirements, and management of time-sensitive workflows
  • Organize meetings, prepare materials, record meeting notes, and ensure action items and priorities move forward efficiently
  • Support special projects, research initiatives, team events, and administrative operations while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders within legal, financial services, corporate real estate, or other professional services environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, expenses, inboxes, and confidential information
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent executives professionally and effectively
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional with strong business judgment, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $140K base salary + bonus potential
