Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking an Investor Relations and Compliance Coordinator to join their team on a temporary with potential to extend in Bethesda, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations and Legal Compliance teams
- Manage department documents, regulatory filings, and content management systems
- Coordinate calendars, board meetings, and key department deadlines
- Assist with preparation, proofreading, and organization of registration statements and board materials
- Manage invoice processing and maintain regulatory documentation
- Support special projects, reporting, and day-to-day department operations
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Experience in financial services, investor relations, or legal environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $28-$32/hr
- 3-month contract opportunity
- Approximately 30-40 hours/week (4 days/week preferred)
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite
- Hours: 8:30 AM-5:00
