Our client, a nonprofit organization is seeking a Member Support Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Alexandria, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Collect and process membership rosters and leadership information in iMIS
- Maintain accurate membership data and resolve database discrepancies
- Monitor support tickets and general email inquiries, providing responsive member support
- Coordinate mail, merchandise orders, vendors, and office supplies
- Provide general administrative support, including correspondence and fundraising acknowledgements
About You:
- Strong iMIS/database management skills and interest in learning more within the system
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a personable, professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate data
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable supporting a small team
About The Position:
- Start Date: First week of November 2026
- 6-month temporary opportunity with potential to become permanent
- $22-$23/hr
- Permanent Salary: Up to $55K
- Fully onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
