Our client, an investment advisory firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to join their team. This position will start on November 9th and go on until December 2nd. This will operate on an in-office schedule between the hours of 8/8:30 AM-5/5:30 PM with flexibility. Hourly Rate is $55/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Executive Assistant coverage across two assignments within investment relations support
- Provide high-touch, client-facing support
- Provide coverage to a 14-person team, with most team members requiring light-touch support
- Provide more extensive coverage to the MD and VP
- Assist with binding and printing, help with projects
- Provide Senior EA coverage to a high-level executive
- Train in advance of coverage periods
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Finance experience required
- Comfortable working in a high-touch, client-facing environment
- Able to work effectively in an intense environment
- Ability to manage both coverage assignments
- Flexibility with working hours
