Inside Sales Support – 19/hour
Telecommunications company in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Sales Support Admin $19 – 20/hour. 9 AM – 5:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales support to salesman, sales agents and dealers in providing quotations, sending literature and promotional material and other items as requested.
- Enter all quotations sent by sales staff into company CRM system within a timely manner, follow up on quotations and sales opportunities. Monitor and update accurate customer information.
- Enter and process all incoming orders, monitor for delivery times and keep customers updated about possible delays
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Help develop, streamline and improve the processes in the Sales Department
- Other functions that from time to time will arise, not to exclude shipping and receiving or general office assistance to other personnel
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales support and order entry experience.
- 1+ years of experience in an industrial background/transportation background
- Must be able to quickly learn the technical aspect of products and tools.
- Computer proficiency – experience with MS Office and CRM software.
