Our client, a well-established commercial real estate organization, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of a premier mixed-use property in Center City Philadelphia. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys managing building operations, financial performance, tenant relationships, and capital projects.
About You
* 5+ years of commercial property management experience
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Strong knowledge of commercial property operations, construction, and engineering
* Experience managing budgets, CAM reconciliations, vendor contracts, and financial reporting
* Proven leadership experience overseeing property teams and service providers
* Experience with MRI, AvidXchange, Angus, or similar property management software preferred
* CPM, RPA, and/or Real Estate License preferred
* Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
About the Job
* Oversee daily operations of a mixed-use commercial property
* Manage tenant relations and ensure high levels of customer service
* Review budgets, financial reports, rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, and A/R reporting
* Monitor tenant delinquencies and coordinate collection efforts
* Oversee capital improvement projects, tenant buildouts, and vendor relationships
* Review leases, renewals, and construction schedules for accuracy and compliance
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies to maximize NOI
* Manage contracts, budgets, and project timelines
* Ensure compliance with building policies and regulatory requirements
* Lead and develop on-site property management staff
This is a direct hire opportunity paying up to $150,000 annually, depending on experience. The position is based in Center City Philadelphia and offers the opportunity to oversee a high-profile mixed-use asset while partnering closely with ownership, tenants, vendors, and leadership.
