Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Senior Real Estate Paralegal for an opportunity with a global law firm in their DC office.
This role will include supporting complex transactions through high‑level due diligence, document preparation, and coordination with attorneys, clients, and external parties.
Qualified candidates will have:

6+ years of real estate paralegal experience, including commercial lease review and drafting

Strong skills in title/survey review, closing checklists, and transaction document preparation

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities with the capacity to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
