Our client, a mission‑driven investment organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior operational leaders. In this role, you’ll coordinate complex scheduling, streamline communication, and ensure smooth execution of initiatives that impact firmwide operations. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of administrative experience within professional services and excels at managing shifting priorities with sound judgment and discretion.

- Responsibilities include managing dynamic calendars and coordinating onsite/offsite meetings and events; preparing, formatting, and editing documents and presentations; handling inquiries requiring understanding of internal policies and procedures; supporting budgeting, financial tracking, and accounts payable workflows; organizing travel and detailed itineraries; maintaining digital/physical document systems for accurate storage and retrieval; processing expenses and signatures; partnering with peer assistants for departmentwide coordination and coverage; and supporting ad‑hoc operational projects as needed.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of administrative experience in professional, fast‑paced settings; strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; proven ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and operate independently; excellent communication skills with comfort interacting with senior executives; discretion handling confidential information; a proactive mindset with problem‑solving ability; and the adaptability to shift between detailed tasks and big‑picture needs.
