Property Manager to $75K – Lead a Growing Community!
Our client, a real estate management and investment firm, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations at a newly developed affordable housing community. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth lease‑up activities, maintaining full compliance with affordable housing programs, and cultivating a positive living environment for residents. The ideal candidate brings at least 3+ years of residential property management experience and familiarity with LIHTC regulations, financial oversight, and resident engagement.
Position Details:
- Location: Sandwich, MA

- Responsibilities include overseeing daily property operations and resident relations; managing lease-up activities such as application processing, unit showings, and move‑ins; maintaining accurate resident, financial, and maintenance records; enforcing rent collection policies and completing deposits; preparing budgets and conducting monthly/quarterly financial variance reviews; ensuring full regulatory compliance through annual recertifications, reporting, and audit participation; coordinating preventive maintenance and property inspections; supervising on‑site staff and vendor relationships; and executing marketing and occupancy strategies to support full utilization of the community.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of residential property management experience; familiarity with LIHTC and affordable housing compliance; strong communication and organizational skills; the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software; and experience leading on‑site teams while building positive resident relationships.
