Executive Assistant to $110K – Elevate Executive Operations!

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to a senior executive overseeing large‑scale product and operations functions. This pivotal role blends advanced calendar stewardship, cross‑functional coordination, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of executive support experience and thrives in roles requiring foresight, strong communication, and continuous process improvement.

Position Details:

  • Responsibilities include managing long‑range and day‑to‑day executive scheduling with strong prioritization; preparing daily briefings and ensuring readiness for upcoming commitments; coordinating leadership meetings, agendas, and follow‑ups; arranging detailed domestic and international travel; processing expenses and managing invoices with accuracy; preparing and formatting reports and presentations; researching and triaging incoming requests; partnering closely with internal stakeholders on communications and operational rhythms; leveraging AI and productivity tools to automate workflows and drive efficiency; and supporting strategic initiatives, events, and ad‑hoc projects.
  • The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years supporting C‑suite or senior executives in fast‑paced environments; exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage professionally across all levels; advanced organizational skills with a proactive, strategic mindset; experience planning calendars weeks to months in advance while adapting quickly to urgent changes; proven success leveraging AI and automation tools; strong relationship‑building instincts; discretion in handling sensitive information; and the flexibility to support shifting in‑office needs based on executive presence.
