Assistant Property Manager to $55K – Tenant Operations Role!
Our client, a real estate organization, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations and ensure a positive experience for tenants. In this role, you’ll manage tenant accounts, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of real estate or customer service experience and enjoys working with onsite.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include managing tenant lease accounts and overseeing rent collection; preparing and issuing late notices and correspondence; entering and maintaining detailed data within property management systems; supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual CAM and tax reconciliations; auditing tenant ledgers to ensure accuracy; assisting with organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files; coordinating with vendors and serving as a liaison for assigned operational needs; supporting the property manager with tenant issues and account resolution; and assisting with online marketing and listing updates.
- The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of real estate, property management, or customer‑service experience; strong financial acumen with comfort handling detailed numerical data; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through; the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment; and a dependable, hard‑working approach suited to a hands‑on role.
