Part-Time Administrative Assistant to $45K – Support a Growing Team!
Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and data-focused support as the organization continues to grow. In this newly created role, you’ll help streamline key workflows, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-through across multiple internal processes. This position is idea for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Position Details:
- Location: Wellesley, MA
- Work Model: Part-Time, Hybrid
- Degree: Preferred
- Responsibilities include managing and tracking medical records authorizations; entering and updating client data in spreadsheets and internal systems; completing custom billing fields and timekeeper/matter setup in legal billing platforms; supporting billing follow‑up and communicating with clients regarding portal‑based submissions; assisting with bill appeals and monitoring statuses through billing portals; and logging postage and copy usage.
- The ideal candidate possesses proven administrative experience with strong data entry accuracy; comfort handling repetitive tasks and high‑volume input; strong computer and typing proficiency; excellent organization and follow‑through; the ability to prioritize work independently; and interest in a long‑term, part‑time schedule.
