Our client, a leading financial organization, is seeking an Assistant to support their HR and recruiting function. In this highly interactive role, you’ll coordinate candidate logistics, support onboarding, and assist with benefits and employee processes. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to break into an HR role and can bring polished communication, eagerness, and strong attention to detail to their team.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA

- Degree: Preferred
- Responsibilities include coordinating interview logistics and candidate communication across multiple business areas; scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing resume flow; supporting campus recruiting efforts including event prep, scheduling, and candidate notifications; assisting with onboarding by preparing paperwork, setting up new hires in systems, tracking documentation, and supporting orientation sessions; helping administer benefits workflows such as enrollments, terminations, billing, and open enrollment coordination; maintaining employee files and trackers; preparing offboarding materials and scheduling exit interviews.
- The ideal candidate possesses a strong interest in HR; exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once; excellent writing and communication abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; strong customer‑service instincts; and the discretion needed to handle confidential information.
