Marketing Campaign Specialist to $90K – Multi-Channel Campaign Execution!

Our client, a large professional services organization, is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Specialist to support the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating campaign workflows, developing written content, and supporting digital and event-based marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of marketing or campaign experience with strong writing skills and a deadline-driven environment.

  • Responsibilities include supporting the execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned with business and industry priorities; assisting with campaign planning, timelines, and task coordination; drafting and editing written marketing content including emails, website copy, social posts, and event materials; coordinating with cross‑functional partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets; managing internal review and approval processes to maintain brand and messaging consistency; supporting digital campaign deployment across email, web, and social platforms; monitoring engagement metrics and compiling performance summaries; maintaining campaign trackers, documentation, and shared resources; and supporting intake, prioritization, and workflow processes.
  • The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience supporting marketing campaigns in a professional services or B2B environment; strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail; experience translating complex subject matter into clear, engaging content; working knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance metrics; comfort using marketing tools such as email platforms, CMS systems, and social scheduling tools; strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; and a collaborative, proactive work style with sound judgment and discretion.
