Our client, a well-established financial services organization, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a senior leader with a demanding schedule. This position requires strong calendar management, proactive communication, and the ability to anticipate needs as priorities shift. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience supporting senior leadership and brings a composed, detail-oriented approach.

  • Responsibilities include owning and proactively managing a demanding executive calendar with competing priorities; coordinating complex domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries and real-time adjustments; screening and prioritizing incoming communications and requests to protect executive time; preparing correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials with accuracy and urgency; facilitating internal and external meetings and ensuring executives are fully prepared; providing after-hours support for time-sensitive needs and travel changes; tracking follow-ups and key action items to ensure timely completion; and supporting special projects tied to executive and organizational priorities.
  • The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience supporting C‑suite or senior executives in financial services or similarly demanding environments; proven success managing high-volume calendars and travel with full autonomy; exceptional judgment, discretion, and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders; strong communication skills with the ability to push back appropriately and diplomatically; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint; a flexible, high-touch work style with comfort supporting urgent needs outside standard business hours; and outstanding attention to detail in fast-moving situations.
