Compliance Analyst to $70K – Elevate Firmwide Compliance!

Our client, a global professional services and consulting organization, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support firmwide compliance initiatives and ensure timely, accurate responses to client information requests. In this highly visible role, you’ll manage RFIs, maintain detailed compliance records, and coordinate training requirements across departments. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in professional services with exceptional attention to detail and polished communication skills.

• Responsibilities include coordinating responses to client RFIs by gathering information and drafting tailored submissions; maintaining a centralized database of responses and model language; tracking required staff training and ensuring timely completion; managing client‑specific training and SOP compliance needs; assisting with due‑diligence checks for third‑party partners; ensuring documentation accuracy and supporting general compliance administration including task tracking, email management, and record maintenance.
• The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in professional services or compliance‑oriented environments; strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects under shifting priorities; strong customer‑service instincts and polished communication; sound judgment and discretion handling confidential information; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; and a proactive, ownership‑driven work style.
