- Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for US and Canada using UKG
- Manage compensation, taxes, deductions, benefits, and reconciliations
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
- Handle year-end reporting (T4s, W-2s) and regulatory filings
- Stay current on payroll best practices and tax law changes
- Process garnishments, taxes, and leave of absences
- Support audits and assist with additional payroll duties
