Position Summary
Seeking an IT professional to support server conversion and infrastructure upgrade projects across enterprise locations. This role is responsible for server deployments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, and ensuring successful technology rollouts with minimal business disruption.
Previous overnight experience highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Walk personel through server conversions, upgrades, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot server, printer, network, VPN, and connectivity issues.
- Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software problems.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding activities and account administration.
- Document issues, resolutions, and project progress.
Desired Skills
- Windows Server administration experience.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft technologies, or Intune.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
