Position Summary: The Cash Management Analyst will support daily cash management, funds processing, banking activity, and account reconciliation for a large organization. This position will work closely with accounting, tax, legal, operations, and technology teams to ensure transactions are processed accurately, securely, and in line with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, approve, and process domestic and international wire transfers
  • Fund bank accounts based on daily business needs
  • Manage check activity across multiple business entities and track outstanding checks
  • Monitor and reconcile bank activity against internal systems
  • Research and resolve transaction discrepancies
  • Coordinate with internal verification teams to support timely wire processing
  • Review general ledger coding and supporting documentation for transactions and intercompany payments
  • Partner with legal and banking contacts to support the opening and maintenance of bank accounts
  • Follow internal cash management policies, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Support audits, internal control reviews, and system enhancement projects
  • Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Work with technology teams to improve funds transfer workflows, reporting, and exception monitoring

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in cash management, treasury, funds processing, banking operations, financial operations, or a related area
  • Experience processing transactions in a high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required; VBA experience is a plus
  • Experience within a bank, financial institution, or middle- or back-office environment preferred
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
