Strategic Global Analytics & Reporting Manager

Unsecured Consumer Credit Portfolio Analytics

Lead a global analytics organization supporting large‑scale financial operations. This role combines people leadership, advanced analytics, and technology delivery, with ownership of executive reporting, self‑service analytics, and scalable data solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global analytics and reporting team.
  • Set delivery standards, clarify ownership, and drive accountability across the team.
  • Build talent pipelines and support ongoing technical and professional development.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to prioritize analytics initiatives.
  • Oversee executive, operational, and regulatory reporting deliverables.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, repeatable analytics solutions.
  • Ensure KPI accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting.
  • Support performance, risk, customer, and revenue analytics.
  • Modernize analytics platforms, tools, and data pipelines.
  • Enforce best practices in SQL, SAS, and analytics engineering.
  • Collaborate with engineering and BI teams to develop scalable solutions.
  • Expand self‑service analytics capabilities while maintaining data integrity.
  • Deliver analytics technology projects from planning through execution.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and communication with leadership.
  • Maintain data quality, reconciliation standards, and validation controls.
  • Support audits, compliance needs, and regulatory reporting.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of analytics experience in credit or financial services.
  • 3+ years managing analytics or reporting teams.
  • Advanced SQL and SAS expertise.
  • Proven experience delivering analytics or data‑focused technology projects.
  • Preferred: Python, executive reporting experience, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), regulatory exposure.
