Senior Business Analytics & Process Analyst

We are seeking a senior‑level analytics and process professional to help drive improvements across core business operations, reporting, and systems. This role plays a key part in strengthening how information, workflows, and data support decision‑making at scale.

The position operates in a highly cross‑functional environment, partnering across finance‑adjacent teams, operational groups, and technology functions. The focus is on identifying inefficiencies, improving visibility into performance, and supporting the continued evolution of business processes through data and automation.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working across teams, and using analytics and systems thinking to deliver practical, measurable outcomes.

Key Areas of Focus

Process & Workflow Improvement

  • Assess and redesign end‑to‑end processes across financial and operational functions
  • Identify breakdowns, inefficiencies, and manual work that can be simplified or automated
  • Apply structured problem‑solving approaches to drive sustainable improvements
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure new processes are implemented and adopted

Financial & Operational Analysis

  • Produce insights from financial and operational data to support leadership decision‑making
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and recurring reporting
  • Support planning activities such as forecasting, budgeting, and longer‑range outlooks
  • Provide ongoing analysis and narrative around performance trends and variances

Systems & Analytics Enablement

  • Support enhancements to reporting tools, data flows, and operational systems
  • Contribute to business cases and ROI analysis for analytics and technology initiatives
  • Work across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, reporting platforms) to ensure accurate, aligned data
  • Continuously evaluate ways to improve how data and reporting are delivered and consumed

Background & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, analytics, finance, operations, or systems‑related field
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, operations support, or process improvement roles
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence or reporting tools
  • Familiarity working with ERP‑sourced data and integrating information across systems
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across teams
  • Exposure to Lean or continuous‑improvement methodologies a plus
