We’re looking for someone who enjoys digging into business processes, working with data, collaborating across departments, and driving meaningful improvements that make a measurable impact.
This isn’t a traditional finance or reporting role. Instead, you’ll partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Technology to solve problems, improve workflows, support automation initiatives, and turn data into actionable business decisions.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects that touch virtually every part of the organization, from process improvement and reporting enhancements to automation, AI-enabled solutions, commercial initiatives, and strategic business projects.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Analyze how work flows through the organization and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and drive better business outcomes
- Partner with leaders across multiple departments to solve operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Work closely with data and technical teams to improve reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and insights that help leaders make better decisions
- Identify opportunities for automation and leverage modern technologies to improve productivity
- Support strategic projects involving domestic and international stakeholders
- Assist with commercial initiatives, including lease-related analysis and facilities projects
- Build business cases and ROI analyses to support investment and improvement decisions

Preferred Experience
- Process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives
- Business analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
- ERP and CRM platforms
- Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools
- SAP, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise systems
- Workflow automation, AI tools, or digital transformation initiatives
- Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar methodologies
