Our client in the Addison, TX area is seeking an AP Disbursements Administrator to join their team!
The right candidate for the role will have experience in the following:
- Cash disbursements and payment processing experience
- Process ACH and wire payments with high accuracy and timeliness
- Manage vendor payments and resolve rejected or failed transactions
- Navigate bank portals and communicate with banking partners
- Troubleshoot payment issues and support disbursement controls
- Large ERP experience and strong Excel skills required, Oracle Cloud Fusion preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
