We have an exciting job opportunity for a Bookkeeper to work for our client on a 5 month basis, with the potential to be converted to a permanent, full-time employee. This Bookkeeper will work directly with decision makers and members of the executive team. What better way to learn, grow, and expand your skill set than by working closely with leadership?!
This Bookkeeper will be responsible for assisting with:

Day-to-day bookkeeping and transactional accounting activities

Bank and general ledger reconciliations
-
Processing and monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable

Supporting month-end close activities
-
Various related ad hoc projects, including potential assistance with a system implementation or process improvements
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in Excel
- Experience with accounting software is preferred
- Construction Industry expereince a plus
