This Bookkeeper role is a temporary opportunity with a long‑term client that is in major growth mode. The company is located in Tampa and rquires the candidate to be onsite 5 days per week. This is a great chance to get started immediately, without a long interview process, and become part of the Beacon Hill Financial team while working on site with our client.
As a Bookkeeper, you would be responsible for:
- Full‑cycle bookkeeping
- Maintaining the general ledger
- Bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Posting journal entries and assisting with month‑end close
- Payroll support and expense tracking
- Assisting with audit preparation and reporting
- Various related ad hoc bookkeeping and accounting projects
This Bookkeeper will report directly to the President of the organization.
If you have:
- 3-5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong general ledger and reconciliation experience
- Experience working with an ERP or accounting system
- An Accounting or Finance degree (preferred, not required)
