We’re partnering with a well-established, highly respected organization in the Beachwood area that is looking to add a detail-oriented Accountant to their growing team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports across a variety of funds and entities
- Support consolidated financial reporting and assist with audit schedules and disclosures
- Manage accounting activity for multiple fund types, including endowment and special-purpose funds
- Calculate fund distributions, fees, and spending allocations
- Assist with billing processes and financial tracking for affiliated entities
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements and support internal controls
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field)
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite
