PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR GARNISHMENTS: DETAILS
Title: Payroll Administrator Garnishments
Location: Goodlettsville TN
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: 28/hour
Type: Contract to hire
Hours: Standard Business Hours | Monday-Friday | 40 hours
REQUIREMENTS: PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR GARNISHMENTS
* 2 years of recent experience in payroll
* Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of payroll laws in a multi-state environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES: PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR GARNISHMENTS
* Utilize payroll system, and third-party software to build, review and audit exception reports to ensure company compliance.
* Analyze financial data to resolve discrepancies.
* Export, process and resolve weekly audits and reports to eliminate processing errors.
* Maintain appropriate supporting backup for system and employees’ updates and adjustments in company systems.
* Report lump-sum payments and interact with agencies to determine amounts to be withheld for company bonus programs by employees on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
