We are currently partnering with a growing alternative asset management firm on a unique opportunity for a Fund Operations Analyst to join their team in New York City. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to gain exposure well beyond traditional fund accounting responsibilities.
Working directly with senior leadership in a lean, high-performing environment, the individual will play a key role across fund accounting, trade operations, investor reporting, audits, compliance, and various strategic initiatives. The position offers exceptional visibility and the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility from day one while gaining a well-rounded understanding of the investment management business.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, public accounting, or a related field, along with a strong academic background and sharp analytical skills.
