CORPORATE MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT: DETAILS
Title: Corporate Merchandising Assistant
Location: Goodlettsville TN
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $22-24/hour
Type: Contract to possible hire
Hours: Monday-Friday | Standard Business Hours
REQUIREMENTS: CORPORATE MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT
* Strong Administrative skills
* Spreadsheet, Word Processing, and Presentation Application Skills are a must (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Bachelor degree
* Strong soft skills and outgoing personality. Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly when communicating with all levels of staff, management and vendors
RESPONSIBILITIES: CORPORATE MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT
* Maintain department reports, spreadsheets, and analysis
* Communication with vendors regarding production information
* Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of SKU, UPC, and vendor information
* Manage and input information into all internal rebate and ad systems
* Manage Ad/MAG (Monthly Activity Guide) proof process
* Manage cost and retail changes
* Ability to handle a number of projects under a tight timeline while maintaining a calm, positive environment
* Demonstrate professional courteous and respectful attitude when interacting with callers, vendors and co-workers
* Highly motivated, dependable with the flexibility to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment
