We need a high-level Accounting Consultant with Real Estate experience for a contract role with one of our clients in Denver! This role will be onsite and will last at least 3 months.
As and Accounting Consultant you would be responsible for:
- Rolling up your sleeves to dig into the general ledger
- Recording accounting transactions, creating new and recurring journal entries
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Manage a small team of direct reports
- Various ad hoc projects
- You will partner and work alongside a respectable, dedicated group who very much enjoys working together.
To be considered for this role you would need to have:
- 7+ years of accounting experience including at that management level
- BA/BS in Accounting
- Strong ERP system experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Real Estate Accounting experience
