A high-growth, AdTech/SaaS firm is looking to hire an FP&A Lead to join its finance team during an exciting phase. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to move beyond traditional reporting and play a part in building a modern, insight-driven FP&A function from the ground up. Partnering closely with executive leadership, this individual will help drive forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, business performance analysis, and decision support.
The ideal candidate brings a mix of 2+ years of Investment Banking and 2+ years of FP&A, with exposure to SaaS, ad tech, media, technology, or other high-growth environments. This person should be a confident modeler and storyteller who can translate financial performance into insights, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A builder mentality, intellectual curiosity, and interest in leveraging automation and emerging technologies to improve FP&A processes.
This role is a hybrid schedule in Manhattan with compensation up to 175k on the base + bonus, apply now for immediate consideration!
