Beacon Hill is collaborating with a media company in Manhattan to bring a Director of FP&A to their team. This role will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analysis, while delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple business units
- Oversee analysis of ~$100M+ in revenue, including detailed variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance insights
- Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic guidance on financial performance, investment decisions, and growth initiatives
- Develop and refine complex financial models to support scenario planning, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities
- Own the preparation and delivery of executive-level reporting packages and board-ready presentations
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership across Sales, Content, Marketing, and Operations to align financial and business strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities, including automation and dashboard development
