Beacon Hill Financial is working with a non-profit in the education industry to bring a Procurement Associate to their team. This role will assist with contract documentation, procurement compliance, vendor communications, and procurement data analysis. If you have 1+ year of procurement experience, please apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Support purchasing, sourcing, and contract administration activities for goods and services
- Assist with the preparation, review, and maintenance of contracts, purchase orders, amendments, and vendor agreements
- Coordinate competitive bidding processes and other procurement solicitations
- Maintain procurement records, vendor documentation, compliance files, and contract databases
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding purchasing requirements, contracts, and procurement-related matters
- Compile and analyze procurement data, supplier performance metrics, spending trends, and market information
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies through data analysis and strategic sourcing initiatives
