We are partnering with a boutique investment banking firm that is seeking a 2nd year Investment Banking Analyst. This role is ideal for a candidate who has experience executing FIG M&A transactions and a strong background in financial modeling and valuation.
The environment is highly collaborative and offers analysts meaningful exposure to both clients and senior leadership from day one. Analysts are involved throughout the entire transaction lifecycle and have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. The firms fosters a close-knit culture that emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of investment banking experience focused on FIG M&A, along with strong writing and communication skills and an exceptional work ethic.
