Our client in the Irving area is seeking a Collections Specialist to join their AR Department!
The Collections Specialist will have experience in the following.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Maintain high volume AR portfolio of commercial accounts
- Execute collection efforts on delinquent accounts
- Review and analyze daily AR aging across multiple product lines
- Provide AR dispute resolution and escalate ongoing delinquency when necessary
- Researched AR issues and resolve issues with misapplied payments
- Perform reconciliations on AR accounts and other discrepancies
Requirements:
- Large ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- 2+ years of commercial collections experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) preferred
