AP Disbursement Analyst

Our client in the Addison, TX area is seeking an AP Disbursements Analystto join their team!
The right candidate for the role will have experience in the following:

Cash disbursements and payment processing experience
-
Bank portal experience – initiating payments, retrieving check images, downloading confirmations, and reconciling bank activity (Wells Fargo, JPMorgan, BoA, etc.)

Bank return handling – ACH returns, check rejections, reversal posting
-
Process ACH and wire payments with high accuracy and timeliness
-
Manage vendor payments and resolve rejected or failed transactions
-
Navigate bank portals and communicate with banking partners
-
Troubleshoot payment issues and support disbursement controls
-
Large ERP experience and strong Excel skills required, Oracle Cloud Fusion preferred
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (Not a must)
